Prices in Gold Canyon have been slower to rise than cities like Chanlder, AZ or Gilbert, Arizona because it's about 20 minutes East. With improved and expanded freeway access, Gold Canyon homes have become more accessible, and will eventually likely be the most desireable spot in the Valley at the base of our purple Superstition Mountains.
